In 1992, B.J. Land Development Co.,Ltd. was formed to undertake the real estate and agricultural orchard business with an aim towards local development and job creation. The resort hotel has been established by Mukda Arsom Co., Ltd., its subsidiary, as a trainning center in an area surrounded with orchard plantation of fruit trees over ten kinds for about 200 acre, including recreation and traveling activities in the natural orchard and scenic park of Chamao National Park, outdoor activity bases for mental and physical strength test over ten bases. There are a complete set of service facilities and audio and visual equipment.

          With confidence in such complete facilities, the management of the company has participated in the bilateral educational management cooperation project of the Vocational Education Department, Ministry of Education. The object is to set B.J. Garden Ville & Resort Co,. Ltd. to be and education and training center on agriculture for the agricultural college students all over the country sine the area of such project has been planted with fruit trees over ten types and flower and decorative plants and vegetables, including organic fertilizer production made form garbage and lift-over foods of the restaurant and leaves.

          The study has also focused on the problems of farmers such as overabundance of fruits and decline in fruit price. Thus, the fruits in the area have been processed.

           Many attempts have been mode on the key components of such quality with cooperation from experts in various institutes to extract the substance from mangosteen shell and other components of mangosteen for purification and study of chemical structure. It is found that most components are tannin of which the taste is bitter and bitter and xanthone. The extract of such chemicals indicates that the most useful chemical is GM-1 (Garcinia mangostanan = mangosteen in Latin), which is able to cure the wound and to counter bacteria and caner.
